“I feel great and that’s when people attack me,” she continued, adding that her critics are “getting louder” and “meaner.”
“I’m taking care of myself,” Meghan reiterated. “I have to find a way to not be affected by that.”
She then went on to explain that she has learned to eat healthier and has gone gluten and dairy-free due to a leaky gut. She also talked about her workout routine saying that she loves strength training.
Earlier this year, she revealed she began taking the GLP-1 medication Mounjaro after welcoming her second child with husband Daryl Sabara. Alongside the medication, she’s worked with a dietician, trainer, and committed to lifestyle changes.
“I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,” she said in March. “Yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) … and I’m so glad I did because I feel great.” Find out what else she said!
