House Democrats have released newly obtained alleged emails from Jeffrey Epstein that are reigniting questions about Donald Trump’s past connection to the disgraced financier.
According to The New York Times, the emails, made public Wednesday, reportedly include messages in which Epstein claimed Trump “spent hours” with one of his victims and “knew about the girls,” many of whom were later identified as underage.

The newly released correspondence was pulled from thousands of pages of documents reviewed by the House Oversight Committee.
Democrats say the messages raise serious concerns about Trump’s proximity to Epstein and what he may have known during their former association.

House Speaker Mike Johnson dismissed the entire situation as “another publicity stunt by the Democrats,” accusing committee members of using the Epstein case to “mislead people” and stir controversy. Johnson directed reporters to the Republican Oversight Committee’s forthcoming response.
Trump campaign national press secretary Karoline Leavitt also addressed the claims earlier today, describing the Democrats’ trying to “smear President Trump”
