A night of beat and celebration in Tokyo turned violent when A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Future’s entourages became embroiled in a chaotic confrontation.
The incident happened on Friday, October 3rd, during the Magic City Takeover event at Zouk Japan. Instead of champagne and performances, the nightclub ended up wrecked with money and debris scattered across the floor.
Video online captured the aftermath, showing stunned partygoers fleeing as the venue lay in disarray. While Future was not at the scene, A Boogie was present and could be seen standing amid the commotion. Witnesses described him appearing to search for items to throw as the chaos escalated. At one point in the footage, someone can be heard yelling, “put the bottle down,” reflecting the growing tension inside the club.
In another video, A Boogie can be seen stomping out someone who appears to be part of Future’s entourage.
Although the exact cause of the fight remains unclear, multiple reports from people at the event suggest that A Boogie’s crew was particularly aggressive. Despite the damage and the intensity of the situation, no arrests have been reported in connection to the incident.
Both rappers had been in Japan to perform at the Force Festival, a multi-musician event featuring Metro Boomin, Central Cee, Trippie Redd, Sexyy Red, Latto, and Polo G.
A Boogie and Future have collaborated in the past on the song “Somebody,” released last year, but after this nightclub altercation, fans are today questioning whether the two artists will work together again.
With videos and eyewitness accounts circulating online, the nightclub brawl has become a viral topic.
