Aaron Phypers and his attorney, Michael Finley, chat with ET about his arrest and court battle with estranged wife Denise Richards. Police arrested Aaron while the couple was in a Los Angeles court on Friday, as Denise fought for a permanent restraining order against her ex. ET can confirm Aaron had a felony warrant out for his arrest, and officials charged him charged with two felony counts of injuring a spouse (seemingly Denise), and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat, with his total bail set at $200,000. Aaron, who has previously denied abusing Denise, is expected back in court on Nov. 7, when Denise’s restraining order hearing continues.
