Vanessa Kirby has welcomed her first baby.
The actress, best known for portraying Princess Margaret in The Crown, appears to be lapping up postpartum life with her fiance Paul Rabil and their family’s newest addition.
Rabil, a sports executive, shared a glimpse into his and Kirby’s life as new parents on Instagram, making a subtle public confirmation of their baby’s arrival.
In the post, Rabil shared a number of photos with their bundle of joy as he reflected on being a dad.
The photos included a black and white snap of the Mission Impossible star laying in bed with her child and a close up of the baby’s tiny foot.

Another photo shows Rabil cradling their newborn in his arms.
“I’m learning that becoming a parent slows you down and wakes you up at the same time,” the new dad wrote in a heartfelt caption.
“That I’m really grateful for everyone’s health, that I get to wake up everyday to mum’s enormous love, and that we get to have you in our lives today.”
Rabil, who is a former professional Lacrosse player concluded with a reference to the sport.
“To your first cradle stick. It’ll hold many stories and blessings,” he wrote.
“Likely broken windows too. Balls are allowed in the house.”
Hundreds were quick to react to the young family’s new arrival in the comment section.
Fellow professional Lacrosse player Rob Pannell wrote: “God bless”.
“Congrats brother! So happy for you!” wrote Lacrosse coach Kyle Sweeney.
“Congratulations,” wrote podcast host Kate Mackz.
The couple have yet to confirm the baby’s name or sex. Although some in the comment section referred to the child as “her”.
Kirby first revealed she was pregnant while attending The Fantastic Four: First Steps panel event at the CCXPMX Film Festival in Mexico City in May.
The Fantastic Four star arrived at the event wearing a shimmering blue Schiaparelli gown and as she posed for photos, she cradled her baby bump.
She later posed alongside her co-stars Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn and Ebon Moss-Bachrach.
The couple got engaged after two years of dating, which was confirmed in December 2024 by Page Six.
They were first linked together in October 2022 but didn’t make their relationship public until a year later.
Kirby and Rabil rarely post each other online, keeping a lot of the details of their relationship private.
