We really went nuts with fun adventures! She definitely does not fear anything water. She wrote a whole Instagram post-celebrating and recommending this epic jet ski trip-the 46 miles to and from Long Beach and Catalina Island was a “must do” despite the aftermath being tragic. It was eleven exhausting hours; Bellino and the group felt battered all over, but she said it was worth it for the ten minutes they spent with dolphins.

The post included a sunlit image of Bellino and a companion in the midst of the adventure, both outfitted in life vests and reflective sunglasses, with the calm water as the backdrop of the very few calm moments in the otherwise exhausting expedition. There were twelve in total on the trip, but due to the physical demands, only five were brave enough to pose for the final photo.
The comments on her post ranged between admiration and outright horror. One said he had always lived there and never knew such a trip was possible and thus called Bellino “very brave.” Another said their biggest fear was falling off a jet ski in the middle of the ocean and spotting a shark’s fin. (Yikes.) Others, perhaps with a bit more of a concern for practical consideration, were asking if they went with a guide and if it was for scaredy-cats.
However, there appeared to be a couple of unflattering remarks. One user compared Bellino to an ostrich, for no explainable reason, while another warned of hammerhead sharks prowling the waters. But then, most of the responses stood by her charm and enquired how to sign themselves up for the same trip.
Bellino ended by praising Jesus for no injuries, besides loads of “Aches and Advil.” And speaking of which, yes, after 46 miles on a jet ski, Aches and Advil just don’t cut it.

That was one good impression, not just with Bellino but with everyone who followed the whole thing. Whether it’s the adventure of the open sea or just sheer impudence of the entire thing, it will surely stay with us for a long time. Next time, better stock up on loads of Advil.
