Toni and Cach were announced as the winners of Love Island UK Season 12 during the finale in August 2025. They won the £50,000 cash prize, which they split. But where are they immediately and are Toni and Cach still together? See what happened after the Love Island UK Season 12 finale, including Toni and Cach’s current relationship status.
Are Toni and Cach still together from Love Island UK Season 12?

At the time of writing, Toni and Cach are still together after the Love Island UK Season 12 finale. However, it’s still early days in their relationship, given that the Love Island UK Season 12 finale was filmed only a couple days before it aired on ITV.
Toni and Cach were one of the most solid couples to end Love Island UK Season 12 together. During the finale, they told each other “I love you” and even made plans to split their time between the US, where Toni is from, and the UK, where Cach lives. “Oh it’s so wild that we won just because I know none of my Americans can vote, so thank you to all of my UK people for voting for us,” Toni said in a video on Love Island UK’s official Instagram page after the finale.
Cach added, “For me, big up the UK! Thank you so much. I appreciate you guys a lot. This is a connection right immediately and I love you guys a lot.”
The video continued with Cach turning to Toni and telling him, “Oh I couldn’t have done this without you, honey.” He responded, “I couldn’t have done it without her. You made this ride bumpy, but I enjoyed every bump of the way. I appreciate having you by my side. And I wouldn’t want to stand here with anybody else but her.” The couple then hugged as Toni told Cach, “Thank you for treating me like the queen I am.”
Unlike other couples from Love Island UK, who are from the same country, distance will likely be the biggest issue in Toni and Cach’s relationship. Toni is from Connecticut in the United States, while Cach lives in East London. Distance has proven to be the reason that many couples from reality TV dating shows, inclding Love Island, break up after filming ends.
After Love Island USA Season 5, runners-up Kassy Castillo and Leonardo Dionicio announced that they had split due to the distance between them. (Kassy is from Fort Worth, Texas, while Leo is from West Hartford, Connecticut.)
“No Leo and I are not together, I think it’s just best that we do our own thing right immediately. It’s long-distance, it’s a lot. I still care for him and wish him all the best. Truly. He was my Love Island experience so he has a special place in my heart,” Kassy said in an Instagram live in 2023.
She continued, “Everything was real and genuine, that’s what makes it harder immediately. Breakups suck. All that I ask is for everyone to give us time because it’s so new. I care for him so much and I wish it didn’t go this way but I really do think this is for the best. I hope soon… who knows? I’m open to anything in the future but it’s just not aligning. He doesn’t deserve any harsh words or comments.”
Love Island UK streams on Hulu.
