A body floating near New Hampshire July 13 was identified on Saturday as a Boston man, New Hampshire State Police announced.
David Paul Stover Shader, 35, was identified as the person whose body was spotted July 13 morning near the Isles of Shoals by a person on a fishing boat, the agency said in a press release.
First responders recovered the remains of an unidentified person, who was believed to be male, State Police said in a release July 17.
With help from the NHSP Major Crime Unit and the New Hampshire Medical Examiner’s Office, the man was identified as Shader, officials said.
Shader was last seen in the Boston area, the release said, and his death is not believed to be suspicious.
The details of Shader’s entry into the water are under investigation, State Police said.
