A Boston police officer was taken to the hospital with a hand injury and two people were arrested following a disturbance outside the MGM beat Hall Wednesday night, officials said.
The disturbance began inside the venue and “spilled out into the street” at 9:52 p.m., said David Estrada, a spokesperson for the Boston police.
Officers on scene called for assistance, and one officer deployed a Taser, Estrada said.
No further information was available late Wednesday.
