The Braxton sisters love hard but also fight hard.
During the Friday, October 31, episode of The Braxtons, Tamar Braxton, Toni Braxton, Towanda Braxton and Trina Braxton came together to help clear the air on any issues with their family.
As cameras rolled, Tamar, 48, and Toni, 58, found themselves in a shocking feud after a night filled with allegations.
“You’re a mean mami,” Toni explained to Tamar. “You’re unkind to people. Mental illness is real. It is not fake.”
In a separate confessional interview, the “Unbreak My Heart” singer speculated that her sister was “going through something” at the time of filming and was “showing her slip.”
Tamar, on the other hand, said she was “perfectly ok” and didn’t understand how the dinner turned into a conversation about her mental health journey.
“I came here willing to be open and honest and have a sister conversation,” she explained. “You didn’t have my back.”
Not one to back down, Toni claimed that she has been paying her own publicists to clean up her sister’s poor behavior on social media.

“Tamar has never had to use my publicist,” Toni explained in a confessional. “It doesn’t mean my publicists weren’t busy assisting in some of the situations. I often find myself disappointed in Tamar because I find that she’s comfortable being infamous instead of famous, and I don’t like that for her.”
After Toni asked her sister to leave the table, Tamar shouted something that was bleeped out. Whatever it was almost pushed Toni over the edge.
“Don’t you f***ing go there. I’m outta here,” Toni said as she pushed the table. Trina, 50, quickly got up to separate the two sisters. Soon after, Tamar accused Trina of getting physical with her.

“Everyone has an alter ego,” Toni said in a confessional. “There’s Toni Braxton and there’s Toni Michelle. Toni Michelle is definitely different.”
Originally, Tamar started off the dinner questioning if her sisters had anything to do with a cease and desist she received at her personal address. (The sisters denied being part of the legal document.)
Soon after, Tamar claimed she loaned Towanda, 52, $50,000 for a down payment. (Towanda said it was a gift of $35,000.) Tamar also alleged that Towanda was using her credit card to pay her own phone bill for four years.
As if there wasn’t enough family drama at dinner, Towanda later accused Tamar of stealing Toni’s man — an allegation she strongly denied.

“Calm the f*** down,” Toni said at one point in the shocking sit-down. “We are sisters. Shut the f*** up. We don’t do no ghetto stuff. We are family.”
Before season 2 kicked off on October 10, Tamar hinted to Us Weekly that she wasn’t interested in reliving the drama.
“I don’t know nothing about that show! I don’t know,” she said. “I really don’t know. I haven’t seen any of it.”
But when asked to tease the dinner sitdown, the reality star hinted that things were better with the sisters.
“Toni and I went out to dinner. It was her birthday two days ago,” she explained to Us. “She’s fifty-fine and, yeah, we’re hanging out all weekend. It’s just family. Family fall in and family fall out. We’re always going to be family.”
The Braxtons airs on We TV Fridays at 8 p.m. ET. and is available to stream on AllBlk.
