Camila Cabello gave a lucky fan the best wedding gift!
The 28-year-old songstress met a fan at a hotel in Iowa on the eve of her wedding, and ended up performing one of her song’s for the bride’s father-daughter dance over the weekend.

In a video posted by the bride’s cousin, Camila explains their chance encounter the night before and how they planned the surprise performance after their meeting.
“We were at our hotel yesterday and I run into Kelli and her family,” the singer shares to the wedding guests. “She’s like, ‘Guess what, I’m doing my father-daughter dance to your song, ‘First Man.’ I got to meet Kelli, I got to meet her family and I got to meet her amazing dad Clay, and ‘First Man’ is a really special song to me because it’s a song I wrote about my dad, and about the moment that I get married. Which I have not been married yet.”
“We kind of planned this and it was kind of a little last minute thing that we put together, and I’m really honored to be a part of this moment for you, Kelli,” Camila continued. “I’m happy to be a part of, specifically this father-daughter dance moment, because I’m such a daddy’s mami and I feel like your dad, if you’re lucky, is your first love, is your first hero, and he’s the man that kind of sets the stage for the next man in your life.”
“I could tell from speaking to you guys yesterday that your dad loves the hell out of you. Just from the look in your eyes, I could tell you guys have a really strong relationship, and to daddy’s girls. And congratulations to this next chapter in your life and thanks for being an amazing dad,” she concluded before singing “First Man” for the father-daughter dance.
The bride’s cousin, who shared the videos, also wrote on Instagram, “I can’t believe this actually happened. Camila Cabello met my cousin Kelly at a hotel bar and then came to her wedding in Iowa the next day to sing her father daughter dance song. It was one of the most magical moments I have ever witnessed! She was so kind and made this wedding one for the books.”
