Cassie is speaking out about Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ prison sentence.
The 39-year-old singer has reacted to his four years, two months sentencing on Friday (October 3) with a statement through her lawyer.
If you recall, Cassie has been vocal about his wrongdoings and urging the court to not release him after the sex trafficking trial.

“While nothing can undo the trauma caused by Combs, the sentence imposed today recognizes the impact of the serious offenses he committed,” her lawyer Doug Wigdor said, via ABC News.
“We are confident that with the support of her family and friends, Ms. Ventura will continue healing knowing that her bravery and fortitude have been an inspiration to so many,” the lawyer added.
Prior to his sentencing, Diddy wrote a letter to the judge, where among other things, he apologized to Cassie.
