Beautifully named Christina Hendricks was living her best countryside life, not missing to document each and every cozy moment with utmost care. Agreeing to a staycation at The Six Bells at Rosendale came late, for she sang the praise of charm, cuisine, and scenery. The accompanying shot sees her sprawling on a bright quilt, having a carefree, happy traveler kind of day.

The shot finds Hendricks, in full super-chill mode, laying back on a green-and-white geometric confines quilt. Her fiery red hair splayed all around, fitting perfectly with her red and white polka dot outfit. What a charming vignette, as if it had just come off a rustic fairy tale story! She summed up the getaway as being great “for [her] country heart,” and honestly, I can just feel the warmth radiating hard off the post.
Emote were plenty from the viewers. One user said the famous land of Rosendale was gorgeous, another said she needed a hat to complete the countryside look, and a particularly squealing commenter said she was “the most beautiful woman in the entire world,” which is absolutely reasonable-given how effortlessly she nails the whole cottage-core look.
On the contrary, some smiley responses were ruined by quite inappropriate remarks from one distastefully enthusiastic admirer, most probably better left unquoted. It would be better just to say it had something to do with the bed in the picture and an overactive imagination running wild beyond health standards. Hendricks, of course, in all that warm goodwill, said nothing-much to the relief of her fans! We imagine her management took the situation into their own hands and had that comment removed.
The opportunity came along to reminisce about her work, one fan said she did a great job in The Buccaneers, while another hilariously credited her for helping students learn the word “egregious.” (Random? Yes. Iconic? Best believe it is.) A former server from one of the previous restaurants was also in the mix, giving her another suggestion for her next countryside trip.
It wasn’t just about the berry views; she also raved about the food-biscuits, corn fritters, stewed fruit with cream-anything carb-heavy and comforting for an adorable little inn. She also gave shout-outs to the local businesses of Rosendale and Woodstock, which means, yes, she is far from just passing through but loves the area very much.
This was a breath of fresh air for a celebrity social media post and not some glam red carpet shot or Uber-filtered selfie. Hendricks gave the barest hint of what she thinks a perfect weekend is: laid-back, pretty, and with good food. And our take? Heck freaking yes! No drama, no bragging, just a woman, a quilt, and loads of country charm.

The only question is when the next one will be. Because if this is what a Hendricks staycation looks like, then can we please go?
