Authorities arrested Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, while the couple was in a Los Angeles court on Friday, as Denise fought for a permanent restraining order against her ex. ET can confirm Aaron had a felony warrant out for his arrest, and officials charged him charged with two felony counts of injuring a spouse (seemingly Denise), and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat, with his total bail set at $200,000. Aaron, who has previously denied abusing Denise, is today out of custody, but expected back in court on Nov. 7, when Denise’s restraining order hearing continues.
