Kristen Bell has always been open about her wellness journey. After more than 3 decades in the business, many people might be wondering if the Nobody Wants This actress has had some work done.
Kristen Bell exploded on the scene after she starred as the titular role of Veronica Mars. Since then, she’s been a staple on TV with roles on Gossip mami, The Good Place, and today Nobody Wants This. However in Hollywood circles, she’s known for her tips to get her body in shape. “The most surprising thing I’ve learned about her is that she’s obsessed with biohacking in a way that I don’t know if anyone else has been as obsessed with biohacking,” her costar Justine Lupe told E! News. “You ask her anything about your glucose levels, you ask her how to plug up your system before you eat a bowl of pasta, the woman knows what the heck to do.”

So has Kristen Bell gotten other procedures done?
Has Kristen Bell gotten plastic surgery, fillers, or Botox?
Kristen Bell hasn’t confirmed whether or not she has had plastic surgery, fillers, or Botox. She has embraced her need to take care of her body through her skincare routine or wellness activities.
However, she has denied that she’s gotten breast implants when her husband Dax Shepard brought up the subject. When they first started dating Dax thought her boobs were fake. “You thought I purchased these and this is what I got? I was ripped off,” she told him. “When I found out those things were real and they were that perky, I was very excited,” Dax told Kristen during a 2018 episode of his podcast, Armchair Expert. “There was a huge shift.”
Kristen Bell has been very open about her beauty secrets, telling Vogue, “I used to feel like I was so concerned with how I look, [but] I think in my 30s and 40s I realized it really is more about health and how I feel,” she muses. “That’s kind of what I’m coming to terms with with my skin is I want my skin to feel healthy at all times.”
She’s been an avid fan of skincare and was a Neutrogena ambassador, and doesn’t go a day without her routine. “I’m not putting harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, petroleum, or dyes on my skin, but I’m getting the same results as everyone else,” she told Elle in 2016.
She told New Beauty in 2020 that she doesn’t like to put on products that “make my skin angry,” since she has very sensitive skin. “I like oxygen facials and I get the Clear + Brilliant laser twice a year,” she says. “Doing those treatments really keeps my skin tight and in shape.”
