Last week, Draya Michele and her NBA star boyfriend Jalen Green were caught on video arguing like mother and son.
The 6’4″ Phoenix Suns guard, 23, was out on the town with Draya, 40, and her girlfriends during NY Fashion Week when the heated argument occurred.
The incident took place outside The Manor Hotel in SoHo on Friday, September 12, according to Page Six.
A video clip shows Jalen walking away while Draya chased after him and shoved him.
At one point, Jalen allegedly yelled, “I hate you!” and “I’ll punch you b–h.”
Draya’s girlfriends separated the couple and dragged Jalen away from Draya, according to The Daily Mail.
One friend yelled, “Stop, stop, stop… everybody going to get into trouble. Everybody forgive each other.”
As usual, the Internet had many opinions about the May-December relationship when the video went viral.
One man suggested Jalen should stop running around with Draya and her girlfriends if he hopes to be respected.
Another person said the tension in their relationship intensified after he was traded to the Phoenix Suns.
But Draya downplayed the drama by sharing new photos of them cozied up together on her Instagram page.
Draya also cleared up the rumor that she was disappointed when he was traded to Phoenix.
“I always make the jokes with him and tell him, ‘I don’t care what city you’re in, we could go to hell and play for the hell… and I’ll go with you, as long as I have a good SPF… it doesn’t matter where we are, if we have each other we’ll make the best of it.’” she told The NY Post.
But not everyone is convinced that they’ve kissed and made up.
One person wrote on Rhymeswithsnitch, “Is this her proof? She gotta do better than that because he still looks miserable. Men can only pretend to be happy for so long.”
Another fan wrote on X (Twitter): “Draya Michele NASTY DISRESPECT Towards Jalen Green IN PUBLIC! Corey Holcomb WARNED US!
A third person wrote on X: “Draya was chasing after Jalen and people was in the comments talking about, couples argue that’s normal. NO ITS NOT.”
