As some people might know, Eliza left her acting career behind many years ago. Since then, she has begun pursuing a career in behavioral therapy, receiving her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University earlier this year.
On September 21, the same day the 25-year reunion took place, Eliza was deep in prep work for her exciting new career path, via E! News.
She took to Instagram to explain, writing, “Sorry to have missed the 25-year Bring It On reunion with you all! I just started my official new counseling/behavioral therapist job last week and spent the weekend deep in glorious documentation + session prep.”
Even though the Missy actress couldn’t be in attendance, most of the other Bring It On stars were there, including Kirsten Dunst, Gabrielle Union, and Jesse Bradford.
Gabrielle shared her own Instagram story in response to show support, telling Eliza, “So proud of you,” and congratulating her on the new job.
Speaking of Bring It On, find out what Kirsten had to say recently about the possibility of a sequel.
