Finesse2Tymes and his baby mama, Shugga, were taken into custody over the weekend, with both facing serious charges.
The Memphis rapper and his longtime partner were arrested in Texas on accusations of possessing firearms and illegal substances. Authorities have not disclosed full details, but both were booked and later released after posting bail.
This marks yet another legal battle for Finesse, who has had frequent run-ins with law enforcement. Back in May, he was locked up for making what police described as threats toward the legal guardian of his young creator, FNG King. That incident violated his probation.
Things took another turn this summer when his mother accused him of leaving her homeless. That situation sparked public backlash, including a comment from 50 Cent, who told the rapper to respect his mother. Finesse fired back, criticizing 50’s parenting.
Whether these fresh charges are connected to an old case or entirely new remains to be seen.
