
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Five current and former BC Lacrosse players will look to capture gold when Team USA begins The World Games in Chengdu, China, later this week.
Representing BC are Shea Dolce, one of two collegiate players on the team, Cassidy Weeks, Kenzie Kent, Charlotte North, and Sam Apuzzo – one of the two captains on the team.
All five are coming off gold at the Pan-American Women’s Lacrosse Championship in Auburndale, Fla., with the U.S. Field Team.
This year’s event will feature eight women’s teams – Australia, Canada, China, Czechia, Great Britain, Ireland, Japan and the United States. The U.S. is in Pool B alongside Australia (the bronze medalist in 2022), Czechia and Ireland.
All games will be streamed live on World Lacrosse TV.
