The movie, which opened in cinemas on the 21st of October, has already made back its entire Rs 25 crore budget in just 5 days. The film even though has tough competition going on, especially against advertisements of great films like Thamma, is still doing well not just in India but also overseas. So, let’s see how much the film has made at the box office till today. The first day of Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat brought ₹9 crore in gross, which is nothing less than encouraging when compared to the other big releases. The flick then made Rs 7.75 crore and Rs 6 crore respectively inversely covering half of its budget by quickly moving. The fourth day saw Rs 5.5 crore cash in, which was a little reduction from the previous day, but on day of the week the film picked up an estimated Rs 5.75 crore, thus totaling up to around Rs 34 crore.
