Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat box office day 13: The movie Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat had a remarkable opening at the box office during the Diwali week, but its performance has been trailing off since the tenth day. The combination of Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa created a lot of excitement after the trailer came out, but, immediately it appears the movie is not able to lure the viewers into the theatres beyond a pale. Based on early reports from the industry tracker Sacnilk, the film’s total gross on the thirteenth day reached around Rs 3.75 crore, bringing the total to Rs 64.40 crore.

Despite having three times fewer screens than Thamma, the movie had made Rs 64.40 crore at the Indian box office by the end of day 13, which was the second Sunday. The good news is that the movie held steady on its second weekend, even though there were a lot of releases on Friday that were competing at the box office. On Friday, October 31, SS Rajamouli’s Prabhas-starring film Baaubali: The Epic was released. Following its re-release, the movie has been performing well, grossing over Rs 24 crore over the weekend. EDKD earned Rs 2.35 crore on Friday after earning Rs 55.15 crore in the first week, and it increased on Saturday to make Rs 3.15 crore. On Sunday, it increased further and earned Rs 3.75 crore. immediately, a total of Rs 64.40 crore has been collected. Meanwhile, The Taj Story made Rs 5.11 crore in its first three days of release.
