The yogi Hilaria Baldwin gave an impressive display of yoga performances on social media: she had a flawless headstand while her husband pressed on her back. Alec Baldwin provided excellent comic relief with a dramatic Yoda impression to lend narration of the movements, wherein Star Wars lines were quoted: “Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.”
The whole Disney Week thing for the banger competition was something a bit more blatantly visible because of this little training session that the Baldwins had set up. “Alec is getting me ready for Disney Week on DWTS who’s ready for some Star Wars?” said Hilaria. The combination of quite the yogi and deadpan alien delivery made the whole thing go viral with the followers; it was worthy of both admiration and entertainment.
With the duo’s chemistry and of course her athletic prowess, a good number of viewers showed their admiration. Others joined in: “Wow I just love this. Anytime I try to stand in my head I get vertigo. This is amazing and lovely how you two love each other.” And a comment even added: “You never stop being so funny,” surrounded by a sea of heart emojis.
The clip’s humor drew so much attention from viewers. “Omg! I’m crying. It’s beyond! Thanks for the much-needed laugh,” said one, while another nodded to the sentiment, “Thank you needed a laugh,” with laughing emojis clinging to that. Without a doubt, this lighthearted moment brought their fans some much-needed entertainment.
Some international followers lamented about watching some of the episodes. “I can’t movie Dancing with the Stars in the UK. I really want to movie you” revealed an exprsssion showing the far-reaching interest in Hilaria’s competition journey. Another eager fan expressed, “YESSSSSSSS!!!! Been missing you two!!!!!” followed by a barrage of heart and fire emojis.
Particular attention was given to the physical feat by one comment, which looked at it from a family perspective: “You’re a natural, Hilaria. Did you know my paternal grandfather could stand on his head? He was an early adopter of yoga in the early 20th century.” That historical perspective then deepened the discussion around Hilaria’s yoga demo.
Quite a few of the commentaries weren’t adoring, but those were in minority. One looked in: “Why don’t these two idiots go away,” a viewpoint that went just swimming in the sea of a lot bigger supportive comments. The immense outcry went to praise the playful interaction, and the physical feats of Hilaria.
Another fan offered an elaborate reaction, saying in translated English: “It’s marvelous your husband’s support. He did the description perfectly, hahahaha, at least he moved his arms!” That complimented the demonstration well because Alec served mostly as the straight man to Hilaria’s physical comedy.
Another follower expressed some biting feedback regarding Hilaria’s Dancing With the Stars journey: “I’m so excited that you’re going into week four!!! I hope you have a better song than last time. Your dance was perfect, and Bruno’s comment about fluidity was because of the song, not your dancing.” Such detailed criticism shows how invested a few viewers are in Hilaria’s performance in the competition show itself.
The Baldwin way for Disney Week closes with the classic tandem of humor and commitment. While Alec Baldwin was offering comic relief in the Yoda voice, Hilaria herself was very serious about DWTS physical training. This mix of comedy and physicality certainly has the audience hooked as the competition moves into the Disney-themed episode.

Judging by the response so far, it looks as if the enthusiastic audience is itching to see how the Star Wars prep will work out on the dance floor in Disney Week. Hilaria’s dance rehearsals continue to captivate fans. The family recently experienced a loss, as Hilaria Baldwin mourns the loss of her beloved family dog.
