Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 is the up-to-date release in Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe. Hrithik Roshan has returned as Major Kabir Dhaliwal in the film, and this time he will be seen taking a higher risk to fight India’s most dangerous villain. Jr NTR has made his Bollywood debut and stepped in as elite agent Vikram, who is all set to beat Kabir. The cat-and-mouse chase spanning multiple countries with shocking stunts and face-offs will impress netizens to the core.

The advance booking numbers of War 2 rose after Telugu state ticket sales went live and recorded over 20,000 ticket sales per hour at peak demand. As per Sacnilk, the film had already managed to earn around Rs 10 crore (with block seats) for its Hindi version’s opening day. The total collection of the opening is around Rs 45 crore across languages and the film is aiming at Rs 150 crore worldwide mark.
