Sheryl Lee Ralph turned heads in an off-white wedding gown on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
The “Abbott Elementary” star wore an 80-foot shawl carried by her bridesmaids for her vow renewal to Pennsylvania state Senator Vincent Hughes.
Sheryl wore a custom Monsoori Haute Couture gown for the vow renewal.
“How could I walk up all of those steps without leaving a trail of something for everybody to look at?” she told Vogue.
Sheryl, 68, renewed her vows in front of 250 invited guests, according to Vogue.
The Philadelphia Museum of Art’s steps were made famous in the workout scene from the movie “Rocky.”
Sheryl made headlines in 2023 when she announced she was moving in with her husband of 18 years.
Sheryl explained her bi-coastal marriage arrangement in a sit-down interview in 2023. “We don’t live together!” she laughed when asked about her husband.
She said their long distance marriage worked well for them until it didn’t.
“I see him every two weeks. And when I see him, I’m so happy to see him, and then when I’m leaving, I’m so happy to leave because I know I’ll be back again! Yeah, it works!”
