Isabelle ‘Izzy’ Tate, who appeared on the series premiere of ‘9-1-1: Nashville’ just weeks ago, has died at the age of 23. While no official cause of death is publicly known, Izzy was open with her followers online about living with a progressive, neuromuscular disease that had weakened her legs over time, leading her to use a wheelchair in recent years.
