Jillian Michaels is slamming some of the claims made in Netflix’s Fit for TV: The Reality of the Biggest Loser.
She’s providing some email receipts from her time on the show, and even included a text from fellow trainer on the show, Bob Harper.
One of the emails she enclosed has to do with the caffeine allegations made regarding the contestants on the show. It was alleged that she was sneaking caffeine pills to contestants, and these receipts provide some context.

She also included a text she allegedly sent to Bob in 2014, which read, “I really think it’s s***ty of you to not even respond to my texts. It’s this kind of thing that always makes me so disappointed [in] our relationship.” Bob alleges that she didn’t reach out to him in 2017 when he had his near-fatal heart attack.
Jillian also told TMZ she’s planning to meet with Justin Baldoni‘s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, to see what next steps could be for her.
On Tuesday (August 19), Jillian posted the following on Instagram:
Here is an email chain with @bobharper – the Biggest Loser‘s producers – @drhuizenga’s guy, Sandy Krum, who stayed on set with us and distributed the fat burners about which “fat burners” / caffeine pills to purchase the contestants. This is one email of many that shows:
– Dr. Huizenga did approve caffeine pills on many seasons of Biggest Loser.
– Bob Harper not only knew about the caffeine pills the “stackers fat burner” were actually his suggestion. I wanted to use my brand instead because they were cleaner and had no more than 200mg of caffeine (equivalent to a strong cup of coffee).
– Caffeine was NEVER banned on The Biggest Loser.
Wild how some folks still lie like it’s 1985 before texts and email were a thing.
And, the last image is my second to last text ever to Bob Harper. Take from it what you will.
Later, she provided another update:
In response to the claim in the documentary that I told a contestant at the show’s finale, “You’re going to make me a millionaire,” I want to state unequivocally that this is false. The full moment was captured on lens, and both the contestant and I were wearing microphones. If such a comment had been made, it would exist on the audio record.
Furthermore, two of the show’s executive producers, Mark Koops and Dave Broome, have each provided written statements in text messages to my business partner confirming that this exchange never occurred. For clarity, below are their texts verifying that no such comment was ever made.
