In newly surfaced photos, Katy was seen wearing a black swimsuit, kissing a shirtless Justin, who sported a pair of denim jeans. The two looked relaxed and happy as they hugged and spent time together. At one point, Trudeau was even seen nuzzling her cheek. A witness told The Daily Mail, “She pulled up her boat next to a small whale-watching tour, and then they started making out.
