American singer Kelly Clarkson has had a tough few months after the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock.
Blackstock died in Texas on August 7 at the age of 48, following a battle with melanoma.
After the former American Idol star, 43, postponed some of her Las Vegas residency show dates, she’s made a new announcement with fans.
Underneath a picture of herself on stage and performing to fans, Clarkson revealed she will be back on stage soon.
“VEGAS! We’re back in one month, who’s joining us?” she wrote.
“I can’t wait!!!! 👏 we are blessed to see your first show coming back. ❤️🙌,” one fan commented underneath the post.

When she originally postponed some of her show dates in August, she said in part of a statement: “While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children’s father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them.”

Later, it revealed he had died following a private cancer battle, his devastated family confirmed in a statement.
“It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away,” a statement shared with US outlets including People read.
The statement for the late talent manager, who was a father of four, continued: “Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years.

“He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time.”
In the days following his death, it was confirmed to People by a coroner that he died of melanoma and natural causes.
He and Clarkson shared daughter River Rose, 11, and son Remington ‘Remy’ Alexander, nine.
The pop star filed for divorce in 2020, after seven years of marriage.
Blackstock also has two children from a previous relationship and was a grandfather.
