Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has confirmed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents will be at the 2026 Super Bowl.
While speaking with conservative political commentator Benny Johnson, Noem, 53, made it very clear that ICE agents will be at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., next February for the big game where Bad Bunny will be headlining the Halftime Show.

“So I have the responsibility for making sure everybody who goes to the Super Bowl has the opportunity to enjoy it and to leave, and that’s what America is about,” she explained.
“So yeah, we’ll be all over that place,” added Noem, who is a vocal supporter of Donald Trump. “We are going to enforce the law. So I think people should not be coming to the Super Bowl unless they’re law-abiding Americans who love this country.”
Noem went on to slam the NFL while seemingly referencing the organization’s decision to have the 31-year-old Puerto Rican superstar perform.
“Well, they suck and we’ll win, and God will bless us and we’ll stand and be proud of ourselves at the end of the day,” Noem said. “And they won’t be able to sleep at night, ‘cause they don’t know what they believe, and they’re so weak. We’ll fix it.”
Bad Bunny‘s decision to headline the Halftime Show may have come as a big surprise to many fans, especially since he declared earlier this year that he will not be touring stateside due to fears that ICE agents might detain and deport concert-goers.
Noem‘s comments come after former Trump advisor Corey Lewandowski suggested that ICE agents be present at the Super Bowl, saying, “There is nowhere you can provide safe haven to people who are in this country illegally.”
If you missed it, this former athlete said that Bad Bunny shouldn’t be allowed to perform at the Super Bowl.
