Who needs the laws of physics when you’re Lady Gaga?
The style provocateur, 39, was spotted at the airport in Milan, Italy, on Saturday, October 11, wearing stilettos that appeared to be more like modern sculpture than footwear — a daring Christian Louboutin x Matières Fécales creation with a towering platform and curved heel.
She paired the pumps featuring bows and a sheer fabric covering her toes, which were launched for Fécales’ fall 2025 debut in Paris, with a cotton-candy pink set from the designer’s spring 2026 collection. The set featured a button-up cardigan with accentuated shoulders and a fitted bodice as well as a form-fitting skirt with a peplum bottom.
“The Category is BALLET GOTH,” Gaga captioned a TikTok clip showing off her outfit.
Gaga opted for black accessories, putting the final touches on her look with statement sunglasses and a bag that she wore over her shoulder while waving to the cameras.
“Gaga is a Matières Fécales Barbie 🩷 She’s wearing the Vendôme cardigan knit set in Rose Pink from MF SS26 titled ‘Hannah.’ The heels are our personal favourite design from our Christian Louboutin for MF SS26 collaboration,” the designer posted via Instagram.

Fans couldn’t help but rave over her ensemble after seeing her eye-catching street style.
“Literally, those outfits are Mother Monster made for,” one social media user wrote. “Gaga and Matieres Fecales is a match made in fashion heaven,” a second echoed. “Those shoes are seriously so dreamy 💕💕💕 this look is incredible on her!” a third chimed in, while a fourth noted, “The moment I saw the shoes I KNEW it would be on Gaga eventually.”
Gaga also flashed her massive 8-carat engagement ring from fiancé Michael Polansky, which is estimated to be worth around $1,000,000, according to Page Six. She confirmed their engagement in July 2024. The lovebirds went Instagram official after spending Super Bowl weekend together in February 2020.
Prior to him popping the question with that dazzling bling, Gaga revealed he proposed with blades of grass during a March interview with BBC.
“A long time ago, we were in the backyard, and he asked me, ‘If I ever proposed to you, like, how do I do that?’ And I just said, ‘Just get a blade of grass from the backyard and wrap it around my finger and that will make me so happy,’” she shared.
The sweet moment even served as inspiration for her single “Blade of Grass” from her album Mayhem.
“Come on and wrap that blade of grass / Around my finger like a cast / ‘Cause even though the church burned down / I’ll be your queen without a crown,” she sings in the chorus. “I’ve been so lonely in this field / Fightin’ a battle with no shield / Come on and wrap that blade of grass / And we’ll make it last.”
Gaga’s fashionable outing came after she reportedly filmed scenes for The Devil Wears Prada 2.
The Oscar winner will be making a cameo in the sequel amid her Mayhem Ball Tour, Variety reported on October 10, marking her first big-screen appearance since Joker: Folie à Deux.
