Laz Alonso reminisced about being proud of those wonderful memories together back then at the premiere while celebrating seven years of being a TV family with the whole cast of “The Boys” and promotion for Season 2 of the spin-off series “Gen V” launching on Prime Video. In acceptance of new horizons that this franchise has achieved, the audience practically embraced it worldwide.

What felt like a real victory lap on the red carpet with the bright-sign GEN V logo blazing behind and bountiful Prime Video-branded branding; three gorgeous co-stars, glamorous from head to toe, channeling the vibe that comes with people who have been through the trenches together and made it out on the other side. Seven years is a long time in this line of work; Laz further clarified: “It’s not just another job; it’s family.”
Full positivity without a shadow of a doubt, the post exclaimed, “The family that started 7 years ago and continues to grow!” Before giving a shout-out to “team Gen V” for the premiere of Season 2 on 17 Sept. “You all did that!” is the plainly proud kind of sentiment that one utters when they genuinely appreciate the ride.
The comments only sorted to increase the good vibes. One cute fan-who was feeling almost all of it-wrote in almost complete Portuguese: “Leitinho! Amor da minha vida ❤️.” That adorable little note literally translates as “Little milk! Love of my life,” and words just like that, simple and somehow a little quirky, make you smile.
Another follower might be in for the ultimate drink, asking, “Waiting to see the OG MM🔥🔥,” which has to be a shout-out to Laz’s iconic character from the original series, Mother’s Milk. It is a lovely reminder that, although ‘Gen V’ stands firmly on its own, the primal heartbeat of this universe is still with the OGs.
Then came the fan that knew the famous catchphrase all too well and said, “ROCK ON !!!! IN MM’s VOICE……😂 !!!!” You can almost hear the gruff, No-BS delivery while reading it.

Anyway, not all comments were show-related: One concerned individual took the liberty to closely observe the photo and asked, “Hey man are you ok? You’re looking pretty thin.” Such comments are stark reminders that even in moments like these, fans are watching, sometimes with a wary eye.
