From the hot Pilates x Strength programs to various events, the media has been great at keeping a buzz around this. The very revered former ‘Dancing With The Stars’ dancer and instructor announced on Instagram what looks like a 6-week program created to sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen the whole body through strength training and Pilates-inspired movement.

And no, this one did not get whipped out in a day. Lindsay really put her mind to it for quite dynamic workouts, all very inclusive: deep core emphasis, brutal circuits of strength that build well for a varied program so you won’t get bored. In the Instagram caption, she explained the feeling of sweat, sore muscles, and the best feeling of strong empowerment.
The real killer here is the 7-day free trial. Yeah, you got it. Free. All you need to do is comment “TMC” to her post, and the link will be sent to your DMs.
immediately, onto the reactions because they seem to be as interesting as the program. People are heated but still curious and questioning. One user, rather bluntly, asked, “Can beginners do this? And I’m talking, like… super out of shape, 3 kids later, barely any physical activity, but wants to fix that somehow and get back in shape.” Real talk, really? And that’s the kind of real talk we love. No sugarcoating; just a raw determination for change.
Then enter the postpartum crowd with their take on the matter. One mom commented, “Def gonna have to do this once I’m healed from my c-section. Thank you for being an inspiration as a mommy and a fitness person.” Someone else wondered aloud whether there’s a dedicated program for postpartum women, which is a very valid question. Bodies change, recovery is different, and Lindsay has the know-how for that if she hasn’t already.
But it ain’t just new mothers buzzed about it. One recovering from pneumonia said, “Soon as I get over this pneumonia…BET 💪 lol,” which basically means that setbacks are just excuses not to make a comeback. Then there is the MVP who jumped right into Day 1 and called it “fire.”
There were some insultingly hard questions as well. A disgruntled automated fitness app demanded workout modifications for an elderly beginner with double knee replacements; I mean, that is a tough one. But hey, that is beauty in fitness—it’s the option to modify. And if anyone can modify a workout for different needs, Lindsay can.
The excitement is real and radiates in the comments. For the seasoned fitness junkies and the rookies at heart, the program essentially has something for all of you. And with that free trial? Really, there’s no excuse not to try it.
