A man accused of exposing and touching himself in front of children as they waited for their school bus in Boston is set to face a judge Monday. Jorge Cartagena, 69, of Allston, was arrested Friday in connection with a series of indecent exposure incidents in the area of 835 Huntington Ave. during the morning hours, police said.Following the incidents, Cartagena allegedly left the area on a scooter shortly after the children boarded the bus, police said.Cartagena is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court on a charge of open and gross lewdness.
