Mark Ballas went through with his followers another huge date night with wife BC Jean for the booking of Oasis at the Rose Bowl. And they did it in style. Ballas gave a shout-out to the ticket company @getmjoyed for putting together such an amazing event. “Everything was perfect from the sprinter van ride to the venue, food & bev & our tickets. We loved every second of it,” he captioned.
Ballas gave the world a view of the drive to the stadium for about a minute. He even had to boast about it in jest: “The chairs have massages,” he chuckled. “You get little massage like you’re on your way to your concert.” From there, it was all loosening up with lots of laughs in the club seats, trying some selections from the giant buffet. Mark admits to a “terrible idea” with his choice of a chili cheese dog, while BC went candy shopping. It was very laidback fun.
The next best thing was Ballas attempting to come up with Halloween Week ideas on Dancing With the Stars, for which he is a pro. He asked his rocker wife for some inspiration. “I’m thinking about Halloween week… Paso doble to maybe an Ozzy Osbourne song?” Ballas said; BC was wearing plaid and just smiling, earning the comment of being “flawlessly beautiful.” The fans adored the idea of course.
The comment section exploded with encouragement for the couple and hype for the Ozzy idea. @ludikristin wrote, “Ozzy for Halloween week!!! Yes Mark!!!! 🔥🤘” Another user @aimerz10 chimed in, “Yes!!!! Ozzy + your creative choreography = Epic 🔥.” Needless to say, the followers really resonated with his suggestion and will be waiting for him to pitch cool stuff.
Another sweet moment for Ballas came courtesy of a concertgoer he met. User @korielovesnate shared: “Mark I was the middle-aged mom, star struck when I spotted you near the gummy bears, you were literally so sweet to me.” By way of answering, Ballas said, “it was great to meet you,” which just goes to show the evening was memorable for everyone.
Meanwhile, Shirley Ballas, his mother, made sure to get in on the family inside joke, commenting, “Such an amazing evening. ❤️ your Liverpool accent is on leading form. Nanny and I had a laugh.” Mark replied, feeling truly touched: “love you mum.” Another user sent a reminder of how concertgoing evolves with age by quoting Ballas as saying: “‘Sitting is great.’ The mark of maturity, @markballas! 😝”

He signed off describing it as a “big night out for mom and dad.” A very loud spotlight was placed on their life as a couple who still love heading out on a casual date and squeezing some laughs from their fans. This was a welcome reminder that celebrities do enjoy a good concert and candy!
