Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé, attorney Anthony Lopez, are the new owners of a stunning $34 million waterfront mansion in Coral Gables, Florida.
After the 40-year-old Real Housewives of Miami alum and her longtime partner sold their $40 million home in Old Cutler Bay to singer Robbie Williams, 51, in a record-breaking offer facilitated by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Dennis Carvajal, Nicole and Anthony teamed up with Dennis again for the purchase of their new property.
According to PROFILEmiami, Dennis also represented the seller, along with fellow realtor Maria Marin-Sanchez, as Nicole and Anthony closed on their new home, which is located in the ultra-exclusive gated community of Gables Estates.

The exterior of the home features a terracotta roof and arched entryway.
The home boasts a formal living room with tray ceilings and stunning woodwork, as well as an ornate chandelier and fireplace.

The room allows guests to take in the views of the bay.
In one of the home’s dining rooms, a Mediterranean-style chandelier hangs from a wooden ceiling as French doors lead to one of the outdoor patios.

The home’s marble floors add brightness to the space.
In addition to boasting tons of natural light, the home has a bevy of luxurious features, including a gourmet chef’s kitchen with custom cabinets and high-end appliances.

The kitchen island features a blue waterfall countertop.
There’s even a custom temperature-controlled wine cellar big enough for nearly 3,000 bottles.

Chandeliers can be found in the cellar, along with space for tastings.
The bedrooms have tray ceilings and large light fixtures, as well as views of the outdoors.

Marble floors line the bedroom and spill into the nearby bathroom.
In one bathroom, a soaking tub can be found in the middle of the room with bench seating nearby.

Guests can be treated to a television show or movie as they sit in the bath.
Another bedroom has doors to the upstairs balcony.

This bedroom features wood flooring, rather than marble.
There’s plenty of office space in the home, with one of the his and hers rooms lined with cabinets.

A chandelier and windows on three sides of the room offer plenty of light.
A home gym allows guests to stay in shape without leaving the property.

The gym is situated in the back of the house and has doors to outside.
In the entertainment room, a large pool table sits beneath an old-fashioned light.

Built-in shelves and a fireplace bookend the entertainment space.
The outside area, which features 225 feet of waterfrontage, an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool, a dock with a boat lift, and, of course, views of the bay.

The back of the home is lined with outdoor balconies, which offer plenty of opportunity to take in the view.
Additionally, Nicole and Anthony’s new home is hurricane-ready with a full-house automatic generator and impact windows and doors.
As RHOM fans may recall, Nicole and Anthony, who were featured on the fourth, fifth, and sixth seasons, sold another Coral Gables home for $44 million to Jeff Bezos’ mom in 2022, and before that, they scooped up a $7.5 million apartment on Fisher Island.
