Officials said they pulled one person from the water after responding to a capsized boat off the coast of Nantasket Beach in Hull on Saturday.
Members of the State Police Marine Unit, along with the US Coast Guard, arrived to investigate a capsized boat around noon, according to a statement from state police.
First responders found one unresponsive person in the water and rendered aid, including CPR, state police said. The person was not identified, and their condition is unclear.
Investigators are still working to determine if any other people or vessels are missing, though state police said preliminary information indicates otherwise. State police, Hull police and Hull firefighters searched the shoreline.
No further information was immediately available.
