Christmas is coming to the home of champions this year with Passport to Christmas, Ireland’s newest festive family day out.
The world-renowned Irish National Stud & Gardens will play host to the brand-new event this year, bringing seasonal cheer to Kildare.
There will be dazzling lights, giant festive displays, and of course, Santa’s elves will be around to make this a day the whole family will remember!
There’ll also be tasty festive treats and a funfair – so you and the little ones can have a wondrous day out in the gorgeous grounds. How amazing?
Whether you’re snapping some family photos with the displays, or taking an immersive walk in St Fiachra’s Garden at sundown, you’re sure to make some gorgeous memories this Christmas.
“Passport to Christmas is a new seasonal tradition for Kildare that blends heritage and holiday fun,” says Kevin Rowe, Director of Kevin Rowe Events.
Children will receive their very own Christmas passport, collecting stamps as they explore the village, enjoying festive (and mischievous) activities in the elves’ workshop to earn stamps.
After they go through ‘passport control’, they’ll get to meet Santa who will give them a token gift. They even have a family disco with DJ Jingle! How cute?
Each child receives a lovely gift from Santa to take home with them, so the magic can continue long after their visit to Passport to Christmas.
Sound fun? Well, there’s a special number of tickets available from 28th November – 23rd December 2025, so if you want to head along make sure you book today!
