Shailene Woodley and Lucas Bravo have reportedly split.
A source confirmed the breakup to People on September 15, noting that the pair have since removed photos of each other from their Instagram accounts.
The couple went Instagram official when Bravo shared snaps from their trip to Slab City, California, on April 30. Those posts are today gone from his main grid. Woodley, 33, has also wiped all Instagram posts between January 27 and August 31, including a May 4 photo of Bravo at Disneyland’s Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge park celebrating Star Wars Day.
Despite the breakup, the couple appeared happy together as recently as August 4, when photographers spotted Woodley snuggled up to Bravo on the Paris set of Emily in Paris.
In April, a source exclusively dished to Life & Style that Shailene was head over heels for Lucas and “hasn’t felt this way about anybody” since her split from NFL star Aaron Rodgers in 2022.
“Shailene plans on hanging out with him for a while in Paris, and he’ll visit her in L.A. when he can, too,” the source added of her romance with Lucas. “The long distance doesn’t scare either of them. They both want to make this relationship work.”
In August, a source told People that the relationship was “a breath of fresh air for her.” They described Bravo as “uncomplicated, kind, not pretentious and emotionally present,” adding that Woodley was “thriving” and “happy, light and having fun again.” Her friends reportedly loved him as well. The source contrasted the relationship with her previous engagement to Rodgers, noting, “It’s the total opposite of her dynamic with Aaron.”
Bravo last hinted at his romance in March, telling People at the opening night of Broadway’s Good Night, and Good Luck, “Yeah, I’m really happy,” when asked about his relationship with Woodley.
Prior to dating Bravo, Woodley was engaged to Rodgers. The couple ended their relationship in February 2022. In a rare comment about her ex in a 2024 interview with Outside Magazine, Woodley reflected on the emotional toll of that engagement. “I haven’t shared much about my relationship with Aaron because it always makes me cry,” she admitted. “It was not right. But it was beautiful.” She went on to call the relationship “traumatic,” explaining, “I felt like I lost my soul, my self, my happiness, my joy. I really understood depression and anxiety and, like, complete soul detachment.”
