Jimalita Tillman’s lawsuit against Sharpe, 57, Johnson, 47, and Shay Shay Media LLC was dismissed with prejudice on August 7, according to court documents.

It all started when R&B singer Usher fed cherries to Tillman at his concert at London’s 02 Arena in April.
Tillman claimed that after the concert, Shannon and Ochocinco said she was married and her husband filed for divorce, despite her being single.
In her lawsuit, Tillman wrote that she was not married at the time of the incident, is not married immediately and is not going through a divorce.

After the lawsuit’s dismissal, Tillman told a local Fox affiliate in Chicago, “I am pleased with the outcome.”
“We were able to put this matter behind us without a long-drawn-out court matter,” she added. “We look forward to future discussions about the positive contributions Mr. Sharpe and I both make to the community. I wish him, his family, and his business endeavors continued success.”
The terms of the settlement were not made public.
Sharpe wrote in an Instagram post on Friday night, “There are several inaccurate media reports that speculate on monies being pad to Miss Tillman. These statements are completely false.”
