Taraji P. Henson Joins Tyler Perry’s “Why Did I Get Married?” Cast For 3rd Installment
Double good news!
Not only is there a third installment of #TylerPerry’s Why Did I Get Married? in production, but #TarajiPHenson has joined the cast! The upcoming film, titled Why Did I Get Married Again?, will debut exclusively on #Netflix. Taraji joins returning favs such as Jill Scott, #TashaSmith, Sharon Leal, Michael Jai White, and Lamman Rucker.
The logline gives fans a glimpse at what to expect, sharing: “The couples reunite in celebration as Marcus (White) and Angela’s (Smith) daughter prepares to tie the knot. After being apart for quite some time, they learn quickly that as much as things change, they stay the same. Realizing their children have grown up to be so much like them, they must reflect on the examples they’ve set and ask themselves that age-old question, why did they get married… again?”
