A new rental property has anthem the market in Newport Beach, Calif.
Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa just listed their home in the coastal city for $25,000 a month, a representative for the couple told PEOPLE. They said the couple is “keeping the house as an investment property, one of many in their real estate portfolio.”
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home sits on one of the “most coveted streets in Orange County,” according to its listing. The 2,854-square-foot house, listed by Balboa Property Management, features an open-concept main floor with a sun-filled living room, dining area and chef’s kitchen. Outside, there’s a patio complete with a fire pit and comfortable lounge seating.
The kitchen is equipped with best-of-the-line appliances, a built-in refrigerator, butler’s pantry and centers around a marble island with a farmhouse sink and seating for four.
All four bedrooms are found upstairs. Two guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom while the third has its own en-suite. The primary bedroom features a custom walk-in closet with ample room for storage. Doors from the bedroom lead to a private patio with another fire pit and seating area.
A rooftop deck tops it all off. Guests can enjoy ocean views from the hot tub or the enclosed rooftop studio — perfect for all seasons.
According to property records, the home was last purchased in 2020 for $3.1 million. It was also featured in a 2023 issue of HGTV Magazine.
The listing follows the couple’s “empty house tour” of their new home on June 24. The couple shared a joint post on Instagram showing a sneak peek of some of the design details they’ll be incorporating into the new space.

“We fell in love with this house because of how open it is,” Heather said in the video. “When we walked in it was just like high ceilings, everything was open.”
The video came just days after The Flipping El Moussas hosts announced they were moving and they’d be documenting the process of renovating the house.
The Flip or Flop star and Selling Sunset alum got married in 2021 and share son Tristan, 2. Tarek also shares daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, with ex Christina Haack.
