Mirai box office collection day 5: Mirai, an action fantasy film directed by Karthik Gattamneni and starring Teja Sajja, Manchu Manoj, Ritika Nayak, and Shriya Saran, opened in theatres on Friday,September 12. After a successful weekend release, the film had a big drop on weekdays, yet it still managed to reach a significant milestone.

According to a Sacnilk report, Mirai earned almost Rs 5.75 crore in India on its fifth day (Tuesday, September 16, 2025). This revenue takes the film’s total domestic net profits to around Rs 56.75 crore. Here’s a breakdown of the box office collections:
Day 1 (1st Friday)= Rs 13 crore
Day 2 (1st Saturday)= Rs 15 crore
Day 3 (1st Sunday)= Rs 16.6 crore
Day 4 (1st Monday)= Rs 5.68 crore (estimated)
Day 5 (1st Tuesday)= Rs 0.68 crore (approx)

Mirai theatre occupancy
With a total occupancy rate of 27.79 percent on Tuesday, the original Telugu edition achieved a respectable occupancy rate. At 18.24 percent, the morning shows had the lowest rate. In the afternoon shows, they progressively increased to 26.03 percent, and in the evening shows, they subsequently reached 29.98 percent. In the night shows, it ended the day with 36.91 percent.
The overall occupancy rate for the Hindi version of the movie was 24.97 percent.Only 9.67 percent of viewers watched the movie in the morning, but by the afternoon, that number had risen to 20.87%. In the evening, it rose even higher to 24.46 percent. Notably, the movie had a strong spike to 44.86 percent at night, which was its biggest point of the day.

Karthik Gattamneni is the director and cinematographer of Mirai. Teja Sajja portrays a Super Yodha in the movie who is tasked with guarding the nine holy texts. Given the superpowers in the text, the evil force, commanded by the evil sorcerer ‘Black Sword,’ seeks to seize authority.
Manoj Manchu plays the film’s primary antagonist. Tanja Keller, Ritika Nayak, Jagapathi Babu, and Shriya Saran are also featured in the movie.
