Another reason why the local Boston music scene is still vital and happening. A strong songwriter Doug MacDonald has been performing since 2005. But it wasn’t until 2008 when he joined with drummer Patty Short to form The Doug MacDonald Band that it kicked into overdrive. You simply have to check out this duo. Here they are performing at Geezer’s Garage Night at The Granite Rail in Quincy.
