Netflix just dropped a new trailer for Monster: The Ed Gein Story. The streamer said the show “tells the story of how one simple man in Plainfield, Wisconsin became history’s most singular ghoul,” adding that, “Driven by isolation, psychosis, and an all-consuming obsession with his mother, Gein’s perverse crimes birthed a new kind of monster that would haunt Hollywood for decades.” Charlie Hunnam stars as the titular psycho, while Tom Hollander, Laurie Metcalf and Suzanna Son also star. The series premieres October 3 on Netflix.
