Sacha Baron Cohen and OnlyFans model Hannah Palmer created quite the buzz when they were photographed leaving dinner together earlier this week.
Despite rumors swirling of a budding romance, a source tells Us Weekly exclusively that the pair are strictly “platonic and nothing more than that.”
“They are just friends and have only met a handful of times,” the insider says. “They share mutual friends and Sacha has been giving advice on business and acting [and] how to get into Hollywood.”
Cohen, 52, and Palmer, 27, were first seen leaving a restaurant separately on Thursday, September 26, before getting into the same Cadillac Escalade limo.

Eagle-eyed fans later noticed that they were also spotted together at a birthday event for Taika Waititi just weeks prior in Ibiza. In a video shared via Instagram by guest Vas J Morgan in August, Cohen could be seen seated next to the model and the two are smiling as Waititi’s wife, Rita Ora, makes a speech.
Us has reached out to reps for Cohen and Palmer for comment.
The event occurred just two months after Cohen finalized his divorce from ex-wife Isla Fisher in June.
“Our divorce has immediately been finalized. We are proud of all we’ve achieved together and, continuing our great respect for each other, we remain friends and committed to coparenting our wonderful children,” they wrote in a statement shared via Instagram at the time. “We ask for the media to continue to respect our children’s privacy.”
Cohen and Fisher, 49, who share three children, first announced in 2024 that they had separated the year before.
“After a long tennis match lasting over twenty years, we are finally putting our racquets down,” they wrote via Instagram. “In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage. We have always prioritized our privacy and have been quietly working through this change.”
The announcement came amid months of rumors that the two had split up. Fisher fueled the speculation further when she attended the Vanity Fair Oscars event solo the month before and seemingly stopped sharing photos of her husband on Instagram.
An insider also told Us at the time that the twosome had separated long before filing for divorce.

“They have been living separate lives since last year but wanted to give this space and time for their children to be OK with this before the news came out and they got all this attention,” the source explained. “They are notoriously very private people and wanted to focus on their family.”
As for Palmer, her OnlyFans page appears to have been taken down, but she earned around $5 million in her first year on the site, according to The Standard. She has also modeled for brands like Fashion Nova and Revolve, often sharing those photos via her Instagram account, which has more than 2 million followers.
Palmer appears to have a history with Ora, as well, which would explain why she was at Waititi’s birthday. In 2023, she shared a photo of herself via Instagram at an event honoring the singer.
