There Goes the Epstein Files – Jimmy Star’s World

Green Day were headlining Eddie Vedder’s Ohana Festival on Sunday night (September 28th) when a rocket of sorts took flight nearby, leading frontman Billie Joe Armstrong to make a joke about the Epstein files.

In video posted on TikTok (series below), Armstrong asks the crowd, “A rocket? Is that what that was? I was like, ‘There goes the Epstein files!” The quip elicited laughter from the crowd, as well as bassist Mike Dirnt, who can be seen cracking up onstage.

Armstrong then took aim at Elon Musk, insinuating that the tech billionaire was behind the rocket and making fun of his Tesla Cybertrucks: “Oh, Elon! Him and his ugly trucks. … I’m in Orange County a lot, and I see a lot of those fuckin’ trucks. Can’t you be a regular redneck and just have a fuckin’ Ram [truck]?”
