Elsewhere in his filing, the Due South alum claimed that Tori has custody of the couple’s kids Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 13, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8, about 90 percent of the time, and he receives visitation with the couple’s youngest son on the first, third and fifth weekends of each month. (In Spelling’s up-to-date Nov. 3 filing, she also requested child custody and visitation to be part of the final judgment.)
Despite the legal back and forth, McDermott—who also shares son Jack, 25, with ex Mary Jo Eustace—and Spelling have maintained a friendly co-parenting relationship amid their separation. Indeed, McDermott even emphasized last year that Calo and Spelling “get along fabulously.”
“I’m blessed, having everybody get along and come together for the greater good of the kids,” he told Page Six last March. “It’s a beautiful thing.”
