Tyler Perry has just uttered some wise words, and the earthly people are ready to embrace them. In a two-minute clip, the businessman and creator injected a deep philosophy into setbacks that went all the way to the personal.

Tyler Perry says in the video that his story had every obstacle as ‘walls in the maze’ that would cause him to seek another path. He said that the Lord helped him through those times when darkness fell upon him, and in his own words, ‘God will remove every human being out of the way that you thought would help you, so that you would look to him.’
The comment section exploded into a full-blown spiritual revival, with one person asserting that: ‘REJECTION is God’s PROTECTION when you’re moving in the wrong DIRECTION!!’ immediately, frankly, that sounds like it should be embroidered on a pillow. Another comment was: ‘It’s not rejection, it’s redirection! We gotta let Him lead us’ – a good sign that the people are really resonating with Perry’s take on divine redirection.
However, not everybody was pleased by the charm: ‘Thank yourself, god had no involvement,’ scoffed one detractor, ever daring to be that dissenter. But for the most part, the comments were positive, and a lot expressed their gratitude toward Perry for sharing these encouraging messages. ‘I will always come to this page to draw strength,’ one follower said, joined by another who commented: ‘a blessed message for sure.’
Tyler Perry is fairly open about his faith but also rather outlier in how he explains his success. That is to say, while people did help him along the way, no one person could take credit for the whole thing. That he humbly admits this has cast the light of affection upon him from fans everywhere. ‘I love how after Tyler’s fame he’s still God fearing and humble!’ reads one comment.
The timing of this post feels significant too. Given quite a few people mentioned it set the tone for their Monday, one person described it as ‘this beautiful Monday’s mindset on the right path’, so would-be good omen most could not claim upon their first day back to a job.
As is typical of any motivational posting, someone with an entrepreneurial spirit was already trying to sell something. An ambitious author in the comments suggested that their novel NAILED OUT would make a great Tyler Perry film-well, does nothing say spiritual awakening like a solicitation in the commentary section?
What comes burning through here is how Tyler’s message really cuts through the usual Instagram fluff. He’s talking real talk about depression, setbacks, and all the messy processes of trying to figure life out in a world full of perfect selfies and #blessed captions. People are hungry for that kind of honesty, certainly when it comes with a glimmer of hope, which the responses prove.
That in itself-all the way up to practically-a Hindu or atheist-is so awe-inspiring! And until immediately, that’s obviously a lesson lots of people needed because Perry has really made a lot from that standpoint. He really knows how to turn a motivational awakening into content gold-this time, he struck oil in the emotions!
For instance, Tyler Perry celebrates his 30th movie milestone which is a testament to his dedication and hard work. To further exemplify his impact, Sherri Shepherd recently celebrated the success of Tyler Perry’s new film Straw on Netflix. Meanwhile, fans are eagerly waiting for new content, and many are excited about the new script for Why Did I Get Married Again.

It’s interesting to note that Diamond White recently joked about Tyler Perry making Boo 3 following the box office success he continues to achieve. Additionally, in a display of encouragement and respect, Kerry Washington honors the Six Triple Eight with an emotional tribute, showcasing how community and shared stories resonate deeply, much like Perry’s message.
