STORRS, CT (WFSB) – A Hall of Fame Exhibition matchup brings together the UConn and Boston College women’s basketball programs.
The Huskies and the Eagles tip off at 2 p.m. Monday at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville.
UConn is 37-14 all time against BC. The last time they played was in Nov. 2005.
The Huskies are coming off their 12 national championship.
Azzi Fudd, Sarah Strong, KK Arnold, and Ashlynn Shade all return.
The season marks the 41st for coach Geno Auriemma.
UConn has one more exhibition game on Oct. 26. It’s against Southern Connecticut State University at the PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford.
The season officially opens on Nov. 24 against Louisville on Ramstein Air Base in Germany.
