Tom Schwartz has a new girlfriend and her identity has been revealed!
The 43-year-old former Vanderpump Rules star confirmed his relationship with Kiana Carroll this past weekend by sharing a photo of them on his Instagram Story on Sunday (November 9).

Tom reposted a snap of the pair sitting in a booth at a bar, which he reposted from Kiana. See the pic on Us Weekly.
Previously, the reality star shared a photo of Kiana but did not reveal her face, just showing the back of her head while looking out of a car window and holding his hand.
Back in October, while appearing on former VPR co-star Lala Kent‘s Untraditionally Lala podcast, Tom revealed that he was dating someone while discussing rumors that he and Lala were dating.
“I liked it, [but] I didn’t post it out of respect for someone I’m dating,” he said in reference to a “soft launch” photo that Lala posted. “But, she is in on the joke and she totally gets it.”
During that podcast episode, Lala said Tom‘s new girlfriend has “a very hot face.”
“Some would call it a supermodel stunning face,” she said. “I, like, kind of couldn’t put words together when I saw her.”
Kiana is a model who is represented by The INDUSTRY Model Mgmt in New York and Los Angeles, as well as Next Management in London and Milan.
